酱油鸡(电饭煲版)

Steps to make 酱油鸡(电饭煲版)

  • 1.新鲜活鸡一只,我去掉鸡头鸡脖子和鸡尾,大概还有1.8斤
  • 2.准备一个深一点的大盆,把洗干净的鸡放进去,加入一大块姜切的姜粒和6颗蒜头切的蒜头粒,半碗生抽、小半碗老抽、小半碗料酒、小半碗香醋,一大勺白砂糖、一勺胡椒粉、一勺十三香,一大勺盐,带上一次性手套,给鸡的里里外外、翅膀下面涂抹均匀酱汁
  • 3.多搓揉,让味道更加容易吸收
  • 4.盖上保鲜膜,密封放到冰箱里,冷藏腌制半天,中间多翻动几次,让鸡的前前后后都腌制入味
  • 5.我是早上10点多开始腌制鸡,腌制到下午5点开始烧制
  • 6.电饭煲中加一点油
  • 7.把大葱段、洋葱片、姜片铺在电饭煲底部
  • 8.把腌制好的鸡放进去,腌制的所有酱汁一起倒入
  • 9.按下煮饭键
  • 10.煮了20分钟,打开电饭煲盖,用筷子把鸡上下对换翻一下,继续煮15分钟,时间到了,熄火,继续焖10分钟
  • 11.10分钟后把鸡用筷子夹出来,看看,色泽太漂亮了
  • 12.把电饭煲里的酱料隔去大的调味食材,把酱汁倒入碗中,等一下吃鸡的时候做蘸料
  • 13.稍稍放凉的鸡,移到砧板上,按自己的习惯砍好,如果不行砍,直接戴一次性手套撕开吃了
  • 14.撒一些香菜,酱香十足,色香味俱全的电饭煲版酱油鸡,是简单易做大菜
