最近迷恋上了糖醋口味,酸酸甜甜很开胃。

Steps to make 【每日新品】糖醋排骨

  • 1.排骨洗净(两个人的量,排骨准备的不多)
  • 2.把排骨放入凉水锅里焯(大概煮个7、8分钟,加了少许料酒到锅里,去除排骨的腥味)
  • 3.焯好水的排骨放置一旁备用
  • 4.热油锅,炒糖色(白糖放入油里,用中火炒)
  • 5.当白糖开始变黄冒泡泡的时候,就把排骨放进去翻炒上糖色
  • 6.准备好糖醋水(两勺生抽+两勺白醋+两勺白糖+半碗勺清水+半勺料酒),口味可以根据自己的喜好调制,喜欢酸一点就多搁点醋,喜欢甜一点就多放点糖
  • 7.排骨裹上糖色后,放入生姜片和蒜粒
  • 8.倒入调制好的糖醋水
  • 9.盖上锅盖,中火焖煮15分钟左右
  • 10.最后五分钟,大火收汁
  • 11.收汁过程中记得要时不时颠锅,让排骨的颜色更好看
  • 12.出锅啦
  • 13.加入点香菜点缀一下
