小朋友早上起床一下子吃了4个,早餐还不减,两周还不到,这胃容量也太……

  • 白糖15g

  • 酵母3.5g
  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 黄油25g
  • 50ml

Steps to make 迷你火腿面包串

  • 1.称量好高筋粉。
  • 2.加入40g低筋粉。
  • 3.然后将除了黄油和火腿肠外的所有材料一起放入粉中,用手抓匀,揉成光滑的面团。
  • 4.黄油提前室温软化。加入到光滑的面团中,继续揉,时不时用力摔打几下。
  • 5.大概揉了15分钟,至扩展阶段,手套膜出现。
  • 6.将面团放入容器中发酵至两倍大左右。用手指戳个洞不回弹即可。
  • 7.将面团取出排气,然后分成大概每个15g左右的小剂子,盖上湿布醒15分钟。
  • 8.这时将脆皮肠用竹签插起待用。
  • 9.将醒好的小剂子用擀面杖擀成稍长的椭圆形,放上一根脆皮肠。
  • 10.将面片卷起捏紧,收口朝下。
  • 11.放入烤箱中,再次发酵45分钟。然后取出刷上蛋液。
  • 12.烤箱提前预热。中层,180度,12分钟。(烤盘下面的一坨请忽略)
