自制蛋卷

Steps to make 自制蛋卷

  • 1.低筋面粉100克,细砂糖50克,鸡蛋50克,玉米油50克,牛奶130克。
  • 2.低筋面粉和细砂混合均匀,将鸡蛋打入其中。
  • 3.用手抽混合均匀,没有干粉状。
  • 4.将牛奶倒入面糊中,用手抽充分搅拌。
  • 5.面团与牛奶充分混合至无颗粒状,必要时过筛一次,使面糊更细腻;加入玉米油再次混合均匀,这就是蛋卷糊。
  • 6.蛋卷机放在火上,中火,两面各加热3分钟;将蛋卷机放在耐高温台面上,舀一勺面糊约10克,淋在蛋卷机上,再用勺背将面糊抹匀。
  • 7.将蛋卷机放在火上,小火两面加热各1分钟,颜色金黄,花纹清晰,用筷子头一挑就能掀起来就可以了;为了让蛋卷机能稳稳地架在火上,可放一个隔热铁片。
  • 8.将蛋卷皮放在干净的台面上,从一端向另一端卷起,呈锥子状,接口处用筷子用力压一下定型,然后接口朝下放在晾架上,凉后使用。
  • 9.蛋卷香脆掉渣,吃着过瘾!
