  • 1.食材图
  • 2.蛋清蛋黄分离放入干净无油的盆子里
  • 3.蛋黄加入白糖搅匀

  • 5.筛入小米面粉
  • 6.拌匀待用
  • 7.蛋清里加上香草精
  • 8.白糖分三次加入打成干性蛋白霜
  • 9.蛋白霜分三次加入到小米蛋黄糊里翻拌均匀
  • 10.拌好的小米蛋糕糊
  • 11.灌入纸杯蛋糕磨具里
  • 12.烤箱预热110度先烤30分钟,130度烤25分钟,170度烤5分钟上色即可
  • 13.烤好的
  • 14.成品淋上蜂蜜口感超级棒
  • 15.特别松软,蛋糕粉可没有如此松软
