Steps to make 肉末橄榄菜炒豆角

  • 1. 准备好原材料;
  • 2.烧锅开水, 放入少许盐和几滴油, 将豆角放入里面焯煮;
  • 3.待豆角焯煮到八、九成熟时,捞出来切成小碎粒;
  • 4.热锅凉油, 放入肉末进去煸炒;
  • 5.肉末煸炒变色后放入蒜末进去翻炒;
  • 6.翻炒几下后加入适量的生抽和料酒进去煸炒;
  • 7.微微煸炒干后加入焯煮好的豆角丁进去翻炒;
  • 8.翻炒几下后加入适量的盐翻炒均匀;
  • 9.最后加入橄榄菜进去翻炒均匀即可盛入盘中。
  • 10.端上桌了。
