西柚燕麦番茄盏,O(∩_∩)O~自己给起的名,其实是记得哪本杂志上看到过的,就是翻不到了(杂志太多~~),家里那个西柚还是两个礼拜前我在美食天下上第一个菜时买的呢,因为有点苦又有点酸,一直放在果篮里休息,差点就被我遗忘了,想来这个水果在西方还是很受欢迎的。

    葡萄柚又叫西柚。葡萄柚含有丰富的营养成分,是集预防疾病及保健与美容于一身的水果。其果肉柔嫩,多汁爽口,略有香气,味偏酸、带苦味及麻舌味。其果汁略有苦味,但口感舒适,全世界的葡萄柚约有一半被加工成果汁。葡萄柚及其果汁在北美、欧洲各国和日本,是很多家庭早餐必备的水果和饮料,已经成为柑橘类水果中消费量仅次于甜橙(orange)的重要农产品。尤其是在西方国家的上层社会和白领阶层,以吃葡萄柚为一种品位,而很少有人问津老少皆宜的甜橙。因此,吃葡萄柚、饮葡萄柚果汁一时成为时尚,在一般人看来是一件很酷(cool)的事情。其实,这里的cool,还有一层“苦”的涵义。目前,西方国家流行一种最新的饮食理念,就是吃“苦”,或谓之cool吃,而不再是吃“甜”。营养学的知识告诫人们,多吃甜品容易发胖,而且会诱发心血管疾病、糖尿病和脂肪肝等多种疾病。而适量食用苦味的水果蔬菜和饮料,例如苦瓜、西芹和苦丁茶等,则可以清心明目,利尿降压,有益于健康。

Steps to make 西柚燕麦番茄盏

  • 1.材料准备;
  • 2.把番茄从头上切开不要切断连着点皮;
  • 3.用小勺挖出籽和果肉,番茄盏备用;
  • 4.西柚切半剥开;
  • 5.用小勺剔出果肉;
  • 6.将果肉打碎备用;
  • 7.加入水果燕麦片稍加拌匀(如果怕酸的还可以加点砂糖);
  • 8.酿入番茄盏中;
  • 9.装盘即可。
