红糖黑麦乳酪面包

  • 面包粉300克
  • 黑麦粉50克
  • 蔓越莓干45克
  • 花生酱120克
  • 原味浓稠酸奶120克
  • 红糖20克
  • 有盐黄油20克
  • 耐高糖即发干酵母5克
  • 全脂牛奶80克
  • 清水120克
  • 糖粉20克

Steps to make 红糖黑麦乳酪面包

  • 1.除蔓越莓干之外的面团所有材料放入面包机桶中,一个和面程序运行15分钟
  • 2.取出揉成团的面团,稍微按压后,放入蔓越莓干,
  • 3.揉匀~将蔓越莓干全部包入面团中
  • 4.收圆后的面团放入面包机桶中,进行一发,只是借用这个容器
  • 5.乳酪馅料的材料;
  • 6.面团发酵的空隙,制作馅料,酸奶、糖粉、花生酱搅拌在一起,
  • 7.搅匀就是乳酪馅料
  • 8.大约一个小时面团发酵到位,取出面团稍微按压,做2次三折叠,醒发20分钟,
  • 9.醒发后面团翻面擀开;注意要撒适量的手粉
  • 10.面团擀开成正方形,在一端放入馅料,
  • 11.卷起馅料压紧
  • 12.继续卷起,捏紧收口,
  • 13.2端稍微搓尖,弯成牛角装;面团放入铺油布的烤盘中进行二发
  • 14.二发大约需要30分钟,面团表面筛面粉,用刀片划上刀口;
  • 15.放入预热200度的烤箱中,蒸汽烤模式烤5分钟,转为上下火烤15-20分钟
  • 16.到时取出面包,放烤架放凉,彻底放凉后切片即可
