  • 1.五花肉切片
  • 2.茭白去皮、洗净、切片。放入开水锅内氽至刚熟即捞出沥水
  • 3.香干切片
  • 4.木耳一朵
  • 5.辣椒去籽、切片。
  • 6.热锅下油
  • 7.葱姜爆香。倒入五花肉下锅干煸
  • 8.倒入香干,茭白,木耳等配菜
  • 9.倒入调料调味,盐、酱油、味精
  • 10.炒匀即盛出
