【玉米黄豆蹄花汤】
继续试用小熊电炖锅的煲汤功能。原本应该用的“筋骨”功能,看了一下需要用4小时才能完工,时间不够,我改用了“快炖”功能,少了一个小时,煲出来的汤品也很香甜可口。

  • 桔皮1片
  • 八角2个
  • 1块
  • 米醋半茶匙

Steps to make 【玉米黄豆蹄花汤】

  • 1.猪蹄剁成大件,洗净
  • 2.玉米、黄豆和各种配料准备好,姜切片
  • 3.锅内坐水,放入猪蹄、八角、桔皮和一半姜片,大火烧开转中小火煮20分钟,去掉异味
  • 4.给猪蹄去味的同时把黄豆洗净,玉米剁成块状,八角和桔皮洗净备用
  • 5.猪蹄充分去掉异味
  • 6.把猪蹄移到小熊炖盅里,这次用的是大的炖盅,大炖盅容量适合三到四人
  • 7.给炖盅加入九分满的水,炖锅也把水加到与刻度线平行,最后加入米醋,这是为了能使猪蹄充分发挥出钙质来。今天我使用了“快炖”功能
  • 8.时间到,美味的蹄花汤出锅啦,此时加入适量盐即可
  • 9.成品
