  • 1.先取室温软化完全的无盐黄油60克、细砂糖35克,用电动打蛋器打发至颜色变淡,体积稍微变大就行了。
  • 2.加入室温的蛋黄1个,继续用电动打蛋器打发均匀。
  • 3.加入提前冰箱里取出回温的室温牛奶20克,分两次加入,每次用电动打蛋器打发均匀再加牛奶。
  • 4.筛入低筋面粉40克,加入椰蓉80克。
  • 5.用刮刀拌匀后揉成团。
  • 6.取一半面团,筛入抹茶粉2克后,用手揉均匀。
  • 7.分成5克至10克左右的小球,均匀的滚上一层椰蓉后备用。
  • 8.烤箱170℃提前预热,烤12-16分钟左右,每家烤箱温度都有不同,看到小球顶部微微变色即可。
  • 9.椰蓉小奶球完成O(∩_∩)O
