Steps to make 葱香热狗包

  • 1.后油法,除火腿肠、葱花外所有材料混合将面团揉至扩展阶段室温基础发酵。
  • 2.发酵至2倍大,按压排气分成4等份,滚圆松弛15分钟。
  • 3.取一份擀成长方形。
  • 4.翻面放上火腿肠。
  • 5.将火腿肠包起来捏紧收口。切7刀成8瓣,底边不切断。
  • 6.将切口翻开,整理成花形。
  • 7.放温暖湿润处进行二次发酵。
  • 8.葱花中加入少许蛋液和盐搅拌均匀备用。
  • 9.发酵至两倍大,表皮刷蛋液,顶部放葱花馅,入预热好的烤箱180度中层15分钟。
