茶香栗子
寒冷的冬天里吃着热乎乎的糖炒栗子,那种甜蜜畅快的感觉想必大家都经历过,今年我们这外面卖的糖炒栗子要22元一斤了,超市里的生板栗9元一斤,不如直接买生的回来自己弄,可以省好些钱呢,味道不错还干净卫生,用微波炉烤板栗,只需几分钟的时间,香喷喷的板栗就出来了,还带着淡淡的茶香,好吃。

  • 白糖1匙
  • 蜂蜜1匙
  • 食盐少许
  • 食用油少许
  • 清水半匙

Steps to make 茶香栗子

  • 1.板栗洗净,红茶水泡好放凉;
  • 2.用刀给每个栗子划十字刀,小心别伤到手,如果嫌麻烦直接划一刀也可以;
  • 3.把栗子放入茶水中浸泡20分钟,开了口的栗子很容易就吸饱茶水了;
  • 4.把板栗沥干水,放入微波炉专用的小桶中(可用其它耐热产品代替),中高火叮三分钟;
  • 5.三分钟后都开口了,打开盖有一股清淡的茶香味;
  • 6.往桶里添加白糖;
  • 7.加入蜂蜜(没有不放也可以);
  • 8.加入少许食用油,这样出来的栗子黑亮黑亮的看着很有食欲,不喜欢的可以不放,只放糖也可以的;
  • 9.放入一点点盐(要想甜,加点盐);
  • 10.放入半匙清水(预防太干),然后盖上盖子摇晃小桶,让栗子均匀裹上各种配料;
  • 11.重新放入微波炉,中高火再叮三分钟,看,颜色和第一次出来的不一样了;
  • 12.香喷喷的板栗出炉啦!
