美美滴野性【豹纹吐司】

我就来个面包机版的【豹纹吐司】

  • 牛奶230g
  • 24g
  • 黄油34g
  • 2g
  • 酵母3.5g
  • 可可粉15g
  • 适量(可可面团用)

Steps to make 美美滴野性【豹纹吐司】

  • 1.面团原料中除黄油以外的,按先液体后粉类秩序放入面包机内桶。选择和面程序20分钟;
  • 2.和面结束后加入软化黄油。继续选择和面程序20分钟
  • 3.面团总重量在640克左右。面团分为300克一份和170克的两份。300克的为原色面团;把一份170克的面团加入5克的可可粉,稍加点水揉匀;另一份的170克的面团加入10克可可粉,加点水揉匀,再揉进适量竹炭粉加深色彩
  • 4.三色面团放入面包机桶内,中间隔上保鲜膜,进行第一次发酵
  • 5.选择“米酒”发酵程序,至面团长大到2-2.5倍
  • 6.把发酵好的白面团和深浅两个可可面团分别排气后分成12等分,滚圆,盖上保鲜膜松弛十分钟
  • 7.取一浅色可可面团搓成长约12cm的条状,深色可可小面团擀成长约12cm的椭圆形
  • 8.将深色可可小面团包裹住浅色可可面团。不用全包,留1 /3的空隙
  • 9.把白面团擀得比可可面团长一点,擀开成为长约15cm的椭圆形,将可可面团完全包住,
  • 10.卷紧一点,收好口
  • 11.依次全部做好
  • 12.把面包机底部搅拌刀取出,将包裹好的面团排入面包机内桶
  • 13.将内桶固定在面包机中,选择“酸奶/发酵”,发酵至面团长到内桶7分满
  • 14.发酵完成,选择烘烤40分钟
  • 15.烘烤完成,将吐司倒出,在晾网上晾凉
  • 16.切片
  • 17.漂亮的豹纹吐司完成~~
