酸梅汤
酸梅汤是一道很有历史的传统饮品,深受古人的热爱。据说乾隆皇帝特别喜欢喝酸梅汤,饭前饭后都要喝上一碗。在《红楼梦》一书第三十四回中,男主人公贾宝玉挨打后,就请求贾母,:“只嚷干喝 要吃酸梅汤”。清朝郝懿行在《都门竹枝词》写到“铜碗声声街里唤,一瓯冰水和梅汤”。这段话描绘的就是北京街头卖酸梅汤的人手敲冰盏发出那种清脆悦耳的声音。

酸梅汤不仅酸甜可口,还可起到开胃、补充水分的功效,比那些碳酸饮料要好得多。虽然酸梅汤味道酸,但它却属于碱性类食物,肉类等酸性食物吃多了,喝点酸梅汤更有助于体内血液酸碱值的平衡。此外,酸梅汤还能平降肝火,帮助消化,那些肝火较旺的人更宜多食用酸梅汤。

Steps to make 酸梅汤

  • 1.乌梅、山楂干、甘草、陈皮、玫瑰茄洗净浮灰,浸泡1小时。

  • 4.撒入少许干桂花,盖上盖子焖5分钟,晾凉后放入冰箱冷藏。
  • 5.饮用时滤掉渣子即可。
