  • 8.加入盐1克,打发均匀。
  • 9.分2次加入提前化开的小苏打,打发均匀。
  • 10.注意:每次小苏打打发均匀后,再加剩下的小苏打。
  • 11.低筋面粉100克、抹茶粉4克,先放一起混合均匀。
  • 12.过筛加入后用翻拌加压拌的手法,混合均匀。
  • 13.翻拌到没有干粉,抹茶混合均匀的状态即可。
  • 14.麦丽素15-20粒,切碎后加入。
  • 15.用刮刀翻拌均匀。
