  • 猪肉300克
  • 胡萝卜110克
  • 糯米80克
  • 1汤匙
  • 1.5茶匙
  • 料酒1汤匙
  • 生抽1汤匙
  • 蛋清1个
  • 鸡精半茶匙
  • 胡椒粉半茶匙
  • 白糖1茶匙

Steps to make 珍珠丸子

  • 1.主料:糯米洗净,用清水浸泡4小时,猪肉剁成馅。
  • 2.葱姜切末。
  • 3.胡萝卜切厚片铺在盘子上待用。
  • 4.猪肉馅加入姜末、蛋清、盐、糖、生抽、鸡精、胡椒粉、料酒搅拌上劲。
  • 5.放入葱末和少许植物油搅拌均匀。
  • 6.浸泡好的糯米控净水分,放入碗中,把肉馅团成大小一致的丸子放在糯米上,使丸子均匀包裹一层糯米,再用手轻轻捏紧。
  • 7.将全部丸子做好,摆在盘中。
  • 8.放入蒸锅中火蒸,上气后计时,25--30分钟即可。
