  • 1.中种,即酵头,辅料表中的材料除去装饰用的面粉和盐,和成半流动面团。
  • 2.放入冰箱冷藏发酵一夜,发酵时间最好有16个小时左右,网搜的学习经验。
  • 3.燕麦粒稍微淘洗,加水煮熟。燕麦粒显得变大,有裂开花。
  • 4.主辅料充分和在一起成团。
  • 5.面团温暖发酵两倍大。
  • 6.面团充分排气,再等量分成小团松弛。
  • 7.取一份面团擀开成长形。
  • 8.擀开的面团做成橄榄形状。
  • 9.做好的燕麦面包生胚再次发酵变大。表面撒少许面粉装饰,最后面团在中间划一道口。
  • 10.送入预热好的烤箱170度,中层20分钟左右,表面金黄即可。
