Steps to make 蓝莓果酱

  • 1.将蓝莓准备好,挑出坏果。
  • 2.蓝莓洗净、沥水。
  • 3.柠檬洗净、去蒂,表皮擦丝,剩余的柠檬对半切开。
  • 4.沥干后的蓝莓倒入锅中,再加入事先秤量好的白糖。
  • 5.用小火熬至半液体状,中途注意翻拌白糖和蓝莓。
  • 6.当锅中的蓝莓基本熬化以后,撒入柠檬丝。
  • 7.接着再挤入柠檬汁,注意不要把籽混入其中。
  • 8.搅拌均匀后,调中火烧开。待锅内的蓝莓汁翻滚后,边搅拌边收汁。中途可以根据蓝莓酱汁的粘稠程度调节火的大小,还要注意时时搅拌,防止糊底。
  • 9.待蓝莓酱汁变粘稠时,关火。
  • 10.取一干净的带盖玻璃器皿,趁热装入果酱,盖紧盖。放入冰箱冷藏,可以保存2个月左右。
