照烧鸡腿饭

Steps to make 照烧鸡腿饭

  • 1.鸡腿肉去骨,可以找店家帮忙,比较省事。
  • 2.分切成四块。
  • 3.鲜味酱油,味啉,细砂糖,精盐,清水,混合均匀,做成照烧料汁。
  • 4.鸡腿肉横划几刀,再用刀背敲松。
  • 5.处理好的鸡腿肉加入洋葱和姜片,撒入少许黑胡椒碎。
  • 6.再加入适量照烧料汁,腌渍约15分钟。
  • 7.油菜用沸水焯熟,沥干备用。
  • 8.平底锅不放油,鸡皮朝下,煎至金黄。
  • 9.翻面,将鸡腿肉煎至八九成熟。
  • 10.取出鸡腿肉,倒入剩下的照烧料汁,煮沸。
  • 11.下入鸡腿肉,蘸匀料汁,煮至全熟。
  • 12.米饭用油菜围边装饰。
  • 13.鸡腿肉晾至不烫手,切条。
  • 14.码到米饭上。
