巧克力棒棒糖蛋糕

Steps to make 巧克力棒棒糖蛋糕

  • 1. 以上配方适用于学厨12连棒棒糖蛋糕模具
  • 2.鸡蛋打散,加入细砂糖拌至细砂糖融化。黄油隔热水融化至液态保温备用。
  • 3.电动打蛋器开高速打发全蛋液,打发到提起打蛋头画出8字不消失。
  • 4.筛入低筋面粉,用刮刀切拌到看不到干粉即可
  • 5. 取一刮刀蛋糕糊加入到融化无盐黄油里,快速拌匀
  • 6.再倒回到蛋糕糊里,继续拌匀。
  • 7.制作好的蛋糕糊装入裱花袋
  • 8.把蛋糕糊挤入到学厨12连棒棒糖蛋糕模具里,装满即可。盖上模具盖子
  • 9.放入预热好的烤箱,上层170度烘烤20分钟,出炉放凉
  • 10.烘烤成功的海绵蛋糕球应该是完整的圆形,边缘一圈是满模涨发多出的一圈,可以用刀整理下
  • 11.装饰部分:隔45°温水水融化巧克力成流动的液体状态。
  • 12.棒棒糖棍子沾少许巧克力,插入海绵蛋糕球里,放置巧克力凝固
  • 13.把棒棒糖在巧克力里滚一圈,在撒上糖珠做装饰。
  • 14.又讨喜又好吃的棒棒糖蛋糕就制作完成啦。
