簡單蔬菜香腸佛卡夏面包(免出膜)
個人覺得丹波面包和佛卡夏很相似*兩者不同的應該是外貌吧!
丹波麵包外型粗獷而佛卡夏被譽為麵包界的油畫*
當然這只是我個人的見解當中有什麼分別我沒有去細究,我只在乎好吃簡單易做就是了*

Details of ingredients

  • 高粉200g
  • 小蕃茄適量~切半(后加)
  • 菠菜1根~切碎
  • 南瓜一块~切小粒
  • 香腸1根~切小粒
  • 黃油40g
  • 芝士粒5颗(后加)
  • 10g
  • 5颗
  • 酵母粉3g
  • 牛奶/水150ml

  • 时间三小时

Steps to make 簡單蔬菜香腸佛卡夏面包(免出膜)

  • 1.材料準備好。
  • 2.材料全部切丁。
  • 3.高粉和酵母粉糖鹽全放大盆里。
  • 4.加入溶化黃油揉揉。
  • 5.最後加入牛奶或水。
  • 6.攪拌成這樣的麵團(麵團很黏正常的)。
  • 7.把菠菜南瓜香腸粒(留1/3)。
  • 8.放入繼續攪拌成團。
  • 9.模具抹油或墊上烤紙防沾。
  • 10.把面團放入模具再放上1/3的菠菜香腸粒在上面。
  • 11.室內氣溫約28度左右發酵1.5倍即可,預約烤箱200到5分鐘。
  • 12.最後加上小蕃茄和芝士粒,放入烤箱低層180度20分鐘。
  • 13.最後五分鐘用烤紙蓋上防烤過火。
