  • 1.面粉250g加入两汤勺黄油,适量温开水,一小把白砂糖和成面团,放入容器中醒发20分钟
  • 2.此为面团1(学名:水油面)
  • 3.面粉250g加黄油3小勺,加适量食用油和成另一份面团
  • 4.此为面团2(学名:油面)
  • 5.在醒发两种面团时,我们来做月饼的馅料:1榨菜鲜肉:肉馅中加入榨菜沫,葱末、蚝油、麻油、少许糖,制成咸味馅料
  • 6.再来做一种甜味馅料:黑芝麻粉中加入白糖、腰果碎、葡萄干碎、适量食用油,淀粉和成甜味料,备用
  • 7.面团醒发好后,将面团2搓成小圆球状
  • 8.将面团1揉成长条状
  • 9.切成均匀的小髻子(有点儿像做饺子)
  • 10.压扁,擀成面皮
  • 11.包裹住面团2小圆球
  • 12.捏紧封口,压扁
  • 13.擀开,再卷起
  • 14.再压扁,再擀开
  • 15.再卷起,如此这样,每个包裹的面团擀开、卷起两次即可
  • 16.然后像这样折起,光滑的一面就呈现出来喽
  • 17.这样以此类推,
  • 18.光滑的一面朝下压扁、擀开,分别包入备好的甜味、咸味馅料,注意封紧口
  • 19.电饼铛上下面刷少许油,面团一面蘸上蛋液,烙制好,翻另一面如此一样烙制,待两面成熟盛出,依此类推
  • 20.黑芝麻果脯月饼出锅
