油爆虾
所谓油爆虾,我理解就是将虾放入热油爆熟,再加佐料入味。所以这个菜全程都用大火操作,也是一道快手菜。反正我做的是家常便饭,怎么好吃怎么来。

    Steps to make 油爆虾

    • 1.主要原料。
    • 2.将锅中的油烧热,放入已经去除虾须虾线的鲜虾。
    • 3.将鲜虾爆熟,捞出备用。
    • 4.锅里留少许爆虾的油,葱姜炝锅,放料酒,生抽,盐白糖炒香。
    • 5.倒入爆熟的虾,大火迅速翻炒,使汤汁包裹住虾,并且快速收干汤汁即可。
    • 6.油爆虾。
