泰式凉拌青芒果

Steps to make 泰式凉拌青芒果

  • 1.准备硬硬的青芒果2个,去皮。
  • 2.擦或切成丝。
  • 3.把一小段胡萝卜也切丝。
  • 4.食材都处理好了。
  • 5.小米辣,蒜头。
  • 6.小米辣和蒜头都切小粒。
  • 7.加一大勺糖,一小勺盐。
  • 8.生抽,米醋,一起放进碗中,搅拌均匀。
  • 9.倒入原材料的大碗中,搅拌均匀。
  • 10.加半个柠檬汁一起搅拌均匀,有熟花生米的也可以加一点进去。
  • 11.搅拌均匀,放进去冰箱冷藏30分钟即可,有薄荷叶的这个时候可以加一点进去点缀一下,这个凉拌菜酸酸甜甜微辣,非常开胃,炎热的夏日来一盘,太过瘾了吧!
