Steps to make 金桔果酱

  • 1.准备好材料。
  • 2.金桔放入水里用淡盐水浸泡30分钟后清洗干净擦干水份。
  • 3.拦腰对半切开。
  • 4.用吃饭的不锈钢勺子柄的尖头挑掉籽。
  • 5.切成细丝。
  • 6.和冰糖一起加入锅中,倒入约400ml的水(以刚好没过金桔为好)。
  • 7.另起锅烧开水后,果酱瓶用凉水冲洗干净,放入煮5分钟消毒。拿出倒扣控干水份。
  • 8.大火烧开后转中小火熬制约30分钟至变的浓稠,不停搅拌,以防止粘锅和糊底。
  • 9.煮至金桔皮变的有点透明,量明显变少。熬到果酱的浓稠状态。趁热装入煮过的果酱瓶中,倒扣30分钟后放冰箱冷藏。
