【比红烧肉还香糯】捆子肉 (荤素搭配)

Steps to make 【比红烧肉还香糯】捆子肉 (荤素搭配)

  • 1.准备好材料。
  • 2.将火腿肠和鸡腿菇切成大小差不多的厚度。
  • 3.五花肉放入开水内焯烫熟,去血沫,捞出冲洗干净。
  • 4.用刷子将蜂蜜均匀地涂抹在煮好的五花肉上,晾凉。(没有蜂蜜也可以换成酱油)
  • 5.锅内倒油烧热至7成热的时候,把五花肉放入炸。
  • 6.炸至表面变焦黄即可。(猪皮容易炸锅,记得用锅盖盖着炸,避免烫伤)
  • 7.炸好的五花肉也切成块状大小。
  • 8.调入少许盐半小勺,白糖半小勺,料酒1勺,酱油半勺,胡椒粉少许,腌渍10分钟入味。
  • 9.韭菜用开水稍稍烫软夹出。
  • 10.取一片五花肉,火腿片,再加一片五花肉,最下面垫着鸡腿菇,用韭菜捆扎好。
  • 11.摆入盘内,上锅蒸至熟烂,取出。(也可以放在电饭锅上蒸,下面煮饭,肉放蒸笼里蒸,等饭好后,肉也熟了)
  • 12.入口很是香糯啊!可以将鸡腿菇换成其他素菜。
  • 13.在炸五花肉的时候要小心被油溅到!调料的量根据自己家的口味增减哈,喜欢吃辣也可以加点辣酱进去腌渍。
