香葱苏打饼干
一直以来,对甜品就不是很喜爱,饼干里最喜欢吃的是这款咸味的苏打饼干,今天做了,做完就吃了两块,葱香很浓。

  • 小苏打1克
  • 1克
  • 牛奶40克
  • 酵母粉1克

Steps to make 香葱苏打饼干

  • 1.将葱切碎
  • 2.将所有材料混合均匀,(少留一点色拉油,一会用于抹饼干表面),
  • 3.和成面团,盖上保鲜膜醒发40分钟,
  • 4.发酵好后,擀成薄片,表面刷油
  • 5.如图折叠
  • 6.再折叠一下子,折成方正的面片
  • 7.再次擀成大而薄的面片
  • 8.切成均匀的饼干块状
  • 9.烤盘铺油纸,切好的饼干块整齐码放在烤盘上;用叉子在面条上均匀的叉上小孔;烤箱预热,温度上火170度,下火150度,烤制时间15分钟,
  • 10.烤好后拿出烤盘
  • 11.装盘
