Steps to make 黑芝麻土司

  • 1.除黄油、黑芝麻粉外,其他材料全部放入面包机桶中,桶外面抱着锡纸;
  • 2.称好黄油、黑芝麻粉,黑芝麻自己用炒熟的料理机打碎的;
  • 3.面包机先启用一个和面程序15分钟,再启动和风或甜面包程序,第一次和面停止后,加入黄油;
  • 4.拉开面团看看,手套膜出来啦,这是运行了3次揉面之后;
  • 5.等机器鸣叫时,加入黑芝麻粉,很快就揉匀;盖上盖子机器自己运行就可以;
  • 6.因为包着锡纸,程序结束后不要着急拿出来,5分钟后取出;图中是烤好的样子;
  • 7.取出放烤架放凉;彻底放凉后,装保鲜袋保存,隔夜后再切片;
