孜然牛肉也是外食点击率高的一道菜。因为喜欢吃,所以在家家经常山寨。每次都有不断的改进,经过多次试验,这次改良版的孜然牛肉适合我家的口味。。。。
牛肉蛋白质含量高,而脂肪含量低,所以味道鲜美,受人喜爱,享有“肉中骄子”的美称。 孜然气味甘甜,辛温无毒,具有温中暖脾、开胃下气、消食化积、醒脑通脉、祛寒除湿等功效。孜然性热,所以夏季应少食。便秘或患有痔疮者应少食或不食。

  • 1.准备好洋葱和牛肉。
  • 2.准备好孜然粒 白芝麻 辣椒。
  • 3.把牛肉切成片。加入淀粉 酱油 耗油 料酒 糖 盐上浆备用。
  • 4.洋葱切成块备用。
  • 5.锅烧热,注入油。【油量略大一些】
  • 6.倒入牛肉片,然后快速使其散开。捞出沥油。
  • 7.锅中留底油,爆香辣椒。
  • 8.下入洋葱煸炒均匀。
  • 9.下入过油的牛肉片。
  • 10.快速翻炒均匀即可。
