  • 1.原料备齐,大米洗净泡水。
  • 2.儿菜切成厚片
  • 3.开水放点盐焯一下。
  • 4.泡好的大米上火,大火煮开后转小火。
  • 5.待基本没有水了,铺上腊肠,关火再焖5分钟。
  • 6.蒸鱼豉油、香葱末、芝麻油兑好汁
  • 7.5分钟后,放入儿菜,倒入调好的汁,再开小火1分钟,关火焖5分钟就好啦。
  • 8.上桌开吃。
