  • 1.把所有的料头切好。韭菜洗净切段备用。
  • 2.锅里少放点油。把洗净去除虾线的大虾,快速翻炒。

  • 4.锅里再放点油,放入豆瓣酱爆香。
  • 5.放入所有的料头。炒出香味。
  • 6.放入大虾快速翻炒。提前把所有的调料兑成一碗汁。
  • 7.放入韭菜翻炒均匀。
  • 8.最后我们放一点点的白糖和鸡精出锅。
