黄油曲奇饼干
作为一个出国党的高中生,有着很多普通高中生没有的空余时间,这个时间通常就成为了我的烘焙时间。在买了君之大大的书之后,整个人灵感都是满满的,而且他的配方真的是0失败!这就是我第一次按君之大大配方做的饼干,美味max!!!!

  • 低筋面粉200g
  • 黄油130克
  • 细砂糖30克
  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 香草精1.25ml
  • 糖霜65g
  • 可可粉25g

Steps to make 黄油曲奇饼干

  • 1.准备好食材,黄油提前放室温软化,如果是冬天可以放微波炉10s-20s左右即可。
  • 2.将软化的黄油和细砂糖和糖霜放到一个大碗里,用打蛋机混合,将黄油打发
  • 3.一直打到黄油体积变大,颜色变浅。(如图)
  • 4.分2-3次加入鸡蛋液 :)一定要等每次充分混合了才能加下一次哦~
  • 5.打好的黄油应该是轻盈蓬松的~
  • 6.在黄油里加香草精,再用打蛋器搅拌均匀
  • 7.将低筋面粉用筛子筛入黄油糊糊里,如果要做巧克力曲奇就在这一步把可可粉和面粉一起筛进去哦!
  • 8.用橡皮刮刀搅拌均匀,技巧是不要画圈搅拌,要不断从下面往上面翻着搅拌(真希望可以传视频。。。)
  • 9.搅拌后的样子!(黄油版)忘记拍可可版的样子了。。。
  • 10.这次我们用菊形裱花嘴!将面糊装到裱花袋里,别忘了在前面剪个口子哦!
  • 11.把面糊挤在垫锡纸/吸油纸的烤盘上,放进预热(大概5分钟)好的烤箱里,190度,10分钟左右就好啦!!最后几分钟的时候在旁边看着,特别是巧克力味的,注意不要烤糊了呢
