Steps to make 粉蒸虾仁萝卜丝

  • 1.干虾提前用温水泡上二十分钟;
  • 2. 白萝卜去皮擦成丝,放入适量的盐腌制一下;
  • 3. 将泡好的干虾仁去壳后切成小粒;
  • 4. 萝卜丝加入盐后渗透水分, 再挤去一半的水分;
  • 5. 将适量的米粉和橄榄油倒入萝卜丝中, 拌均匀;
  • 6. 再将裹有米粉的萝卜丝放入蒸屉上,一层萝卜丝,撒上些虾仁粒;再重复,最后在表面撒上些虾仁末;
  • 7. 烧锅开水,将蒸屉放入锅中蒸上二十分钟;
  • 8.蒸好后取出, 撒上些小葱末。
