芝士焗薯茸
去年冬天曾经一度迷恋吃烤红薯,所以经常涉足于蔬菜批发市场,即使下定决心七点过就到很远的批发市场去,能挑回来的红薯也不尽人意。今天做的焗红薯我用的就是“北京一号”,没有想到我居然用了半个小时才把一颗切开的红薯蒸得稍微软一点,反而感觉水分不是那么多。总结了一下,烤红薯一定要选“北京一号”,其他的类似于焗红薯,红薯稀饭,红薯饼之类的,还是要选水分较多的其他品种。
卡仕达吉士粉,是一种香料粉,呈粉末状,浅黄色或浅橙黄色,具有浓郁的奶香味和果香味奶香味浓郁。

    Steps to make 芝士焗薯茸

    • 1.红薯对切开放入蒸锅里蒸熟。
    • 2.将红薯茸用勺子挖出来,和卡仕达吉士粉,白糖,一小块黄油拌匀。
    • 3.再将调制好的红薯茸填回红薯皮里面。
    • 4.上面撒上MG芝士,烤箱200°预热,烤10分钟左右,芝士上色即可。
    • 5.这个可以作为主食,也可以作为下午茶的小甜点,随便怎么搭配都可以,为你家的烤红薯增加一点儿风味吧!
