小时候的饮食习惯是早餐两顿稀饭,中午就一天米饭一天面条,那时我特别喜欢吃米饭,看到面条就不高兴。但后来上学需要住校,天天是米饭,吃得我对米饭完然没了什么热情,每天就是机械地填饱肚子。所以现在我也不大喜欢吃米饭,反而对面食情有独钟。但是石锅拌饭是个例外,实在是非常开胃,所以这一小锅的米饭是一点儿没剩!

    Steps to make 石锅拌饭

    • 1.1 青椒、红椒、黄椒、火腿分别切丝,洋葱切圈、包菜切块儿备用
    • 2.2 这个是做灌汤包剩下的猪肉皮冻馅儿
    • 3.3 砂锅内刷上一层厚薄油
    • 4.4 把米饭打散铺在锅内
    • 5.5 皮冻肉馅均匀撒在米饭上
    • 6.6 再把包菜均匀地铺在皮冻上
    • 7.6 再把包菜均匀地铺在皮冻上
    • 8.7 再把青椒丝和火腿丝铺在包菜上面
    • 9.8 最后铺上洋葱圈
    • 10.9 盖上锅盖,开小火慢慢煮
    • 11.10 待锅内有烟冒出打开锅盖,看到锅边有锅巴结成就行了
    • 12.11 最后放上韩国辣椒酱,吃的时候拌匀就可以了,非常开胃!
