Steps to make 清水蟹

  • 1.材料:螃蟹两只
  • 2.一手拿螃蟹,一手拿一只不用的牙刷,把螃蟹的肚子和脚都冲刷干净
  • 3.随后找根绳子把螃蟹给绑起来,我正规的绑不来,不过只要别让螃蟹的腿出来都一样的
  • 4.煮过里加适量的水,煮到7成热时,加入适量的生姜片和少许的黄酒
  • 5.放入螃蟹,先小火煮至螃蟹完全变色后,再改大火煮3分钟左右即可
  • 6.把蒜头剁成碎末
  • 7.加适量的醋,少许的六月鲜特级酱油和麻油,调制均匀
  • 8.把煮好的螃蟹取出后拆掉绳子,摆上调好的配料,进行最后装盘即可
