自制抹茶奶油酱
第一次做抹茶奶油酱,用了一半若竹和一半青岚的日本抹茶粉,味道很正点,感觉可以抹面包,也可以再加工做成馅料!

  • 牛奶300ML
  • 淡奶油200ML
  • 抹茶粉10克
  • 白巧克力30克
  • 砂糖80克

Steps to make 自制抹茶奶油酱

  • 1.小锅里加入100ML牛奶加热
  • 2.将抹茶粉倒入牛奶中
  • 3.拌匀没有一点颗粒,将拌匀的抹茶牛奶混合液放到一边备用
  • 4.将另外的200ML牛奶放入另一锅中加热
  • 5.加入淡奶油
  • 6.加入砂糖
  • 7.减了砂糖量,我还加了点白巧克力
  • 8.不断搅拌
  • 9.直到浓稠,呈浅黄色
  • 10.将抹茶牛奶液倒入
  • 11.搅拌均匀,继续加热
  • 12.直到抹茶酱看起来比较浓稠了即可关火,果酱瓶提前消毒,等微温时装入瓶子即可
