  • 韩国泡菜1杯
  • 苹果1/4个
  • 熟芝麻1/2大匙
  • 香菜末1/4杯

Steps to make 韩式泡菜炒牛肉

  • 1.把苹果切丝、泡菜切丝并留泡菜水,牛肉切片不作任何腌制;
  • 2.把锅烧热,倒入牛肉,推散拨开,拌炒至五成熟,盛起备用;
  • 3.将泡菜抓干水,留起泡菜水,泡菜下锅,炒香;
  • 4.倒入苹果丝,拌炒出香味,倒入泡菜汤,再倒入牛肉渗出的血水,翻炒几下;
  • 5.倒入牛肉兜均匀,装盘,在面上撒上芝麻和香菜末,可以亨用了。
