莲藕芋头排骨汤

Steps to make 莲藕芋头排骨汤

  • 1.猪排骨洗净冷水浸泡出血水
  • 2.莲藕、芋头洗净备用
  • 3.猪排骨冷水入锅焯水后冷水冲洗干净
  • 4.取陶煲王砂锅,加入猪排骨、姜片、适量的水大火烧开,炆火煲20分钟左右
  • 5.莲藕去皮洗净切片,芋头去皮洗净切丁
  • 6.猪排骨煲20分钟左右加入芋头丁,炆火煲1小时左右
  • 7.加入莲藕片炆火煲1小时左右
  • 8.少加一点盐、白胡椒粉调味
  • 9.加入枸杞子关火。煲好的莲藕芋头排骨汤,乳白色的汤汁看着非常有食欲
  • 10.出锅。
