Steps to make 创意樱花猪皮冻

  • 1.将猪皮刮净、洗净、锅中放入适量水料酒、葱段、姜片、焯水。
  • 2.反复几遍刮油脂,再将猪皮煮软。
  • 3.将猪皮切成丝放入适量水(水多不易成型)蒸锅蒸制50分钟。
  • 4.先取几勺猪皮汁,加入适量的红火龙果粉调匀,再倒入碗中与猪皮丝搅拌均匀。
  • 5.模具冲洗干净且擦干,将猪皮汁用小勺舀入模中冷藏且凝固。
  • 6.将樱花逐个从模具中取出,不太好取叶多,成品装盘,颜色很漂亮。
  • 7.用豌豆粒点缀一下。
  • 8.酷似樱花。
