    Steps to make 烤鱿鱼串

    • 1.鱿鱼圈。
    • 2.洋葱、青红椒。
    • 3.孜然粉、辣椒粉、胡椒粉。
    • 4.孜然粉、孜然粒。
    • 5.青红椒、洋葱切块。
    • 6.鱿鱼圈放入碗中,然后加入姜、盐、糖、鸡精、料酒、酱油腌制30分钟。
    • 7.将酱油、孜然粉、甜面酱、辣椒粉、胡椒粉搅拌均匀,即成为五味酱。
    • 8.然后用竹签子将鱿鱼圈、洋葱、青红椒穿起来;烤盘垫锡纸,把鱿鱼串抹上五味酱,撒上孜然粒,放上面在烤网上,下面接上;烤盘烤箱预热180度,上下火烤15分钟左右即可。
