草莓焦糖布丁
儿子很喜欢吃甜点,所以我也是各种尝试学着做,这个布丁用了奶油非常的香,原方还有烧奶,我家里没有了换成蜂蜜。本来想着就是普通的牛奶蒸鸡蛋味,没想到加了焦糖和奶油份外的好吃,那股焦香味特别的迷人,而且用蒸烤的方法更加的细腻滑口;
热着吃小朋友喜欢,但是冷藏后再放点草莓片我更喜欢呀。

  • 白糖40G
  • 热水50G
  • 凉水15G
  • 鸡蛋2个
  • 蛋黄一个
  • 蜂蜜25G
  • 纯牛奶200G
  • 淡奶油100G
  • 草莓四个

Steps to make 草莓焦糖布丁

  • 1.准备好所需要的材料
  • 2.白糖加凉水放奶锅中,开电磁炉小火加热至冒泡出现焦糖色
  • 3.快速倒入开水,成为焦糖液
  • 4.锅中放牛奶、蜂蜜、淡奶油小火加热
  • 5.再加入焦糖液
  • 6.用打蛋器搅拌均匀成为焦糖色,然后放凉
  • 7.把2个鸡蛋和一个蛋黄打散后放进牛奶液中搅拌均
  • 8.最后再过滤一下,这样口感更细
  • 9.入160度的烤相35分钟左右,最下层放烤盘装满热水,倒数二层放烤网,布丁瓶放在烤网上,上面盖上锡纸
  • 10.烤好的布丁非常香滑
  • 11.最后把草莓切片放在上面即可
