简单易学的早餐面包

  • 玉米淀粉10g
  • 细砂糖40g
  • 干酵母3g
  • 温水100g
  • 黄油30g
  • 鸡蛋1个

Steps to make 简单易学的早餐面包

  • 1.将所有材料准备好,黄油提前软化,干酵母倒入温水中。
  • 2.除了黄油和温水外,其他全部放入盆中。
  • 3.慢慢加入温水,戴上一次性手套揉成团后,加入软化好的黄油继续揉面。
  • 4.揉面团揉到可以拉出薄膜扩张状态,然后放进盆中。
  • 5.盖上保鲜膜发酵1小时左右。
  • 6.直到面团变成原来的2~2.5倍,中间按一个洞不会回缩的状态。
  • 7.排气后将面团分成8份。
  • 8.用学厨擀面杖擀平后卷起来。
  • 9.依次放入学厨不沾8连热狗模具中。
  • 10.将面团全部刷上蛋白液。
  • 11.每个面团都撒上白芝麻。
  • 12.预热好的烤箱后,180°烘烤12分钟。
  • 13.烤好后表面金黄色,拿出来将面包放凉透即可食用。
