  • 6.烤盘中均匀的刷一层橄榄油。
  • 7.放入牛排表面放少许姜蓉。
  • 8.烤盘内放入切好的蔬菜。
  • 9.ACA烤箱E43A开启上下火210度热风循环预热。
  • 10.预热之后,将牛排送入烤箱中。
  • 11.牛排烤20分钟即可。
  • 12.可以开吃啦。
