Steps to make 健康养生包

  • 1.准备所用材料清洗干净备用。
  • 2.面粉300克。
  • 3.鲜虾焯水至熟去壳切段,香菇切粒,菠菜梗焯水过冷河挤干水切碎,姜切末,葱切花备用。
  • 4.菠菜叶加适量水榨汁。
  • 5.面粉加入发酵粉,慢慢调入菠菜汁和成光滑面团进行发酵。
  • 6.肉末接500:200的比例分次加入清水,顺时针方向搅上劲,依次加入姜末,胡椒粉,鸡粉,料酒,蚝油,生抽搅匀,最后加入少许芝麻油搅匀成馅。
  • 7.面发好了。
  • 8.将发好的面分成大小均匀的挤子赶成皮。
  • 9.包入馅料。
  • 10.饧十分钟入泠水锅中,大火五分钟水烧开后改小五再蒸十分钟即可。
