心形蓝莓蛋糕
在我的家乡有这样一个传说:传说很久以前,依靠大山为生的山里人,在秋天,会相约结伴去深山采摘野果、核桃、山梨、松塔、蘑菇等。山里的树木茂盛,也常会有野物出现,人们既要分开采摘又不能相隔太远,走几步就要相互招呼一声,防止掉队。有一天,有个人遇到了一大片的灌木丛,上面结满了蓝紫色的果子,摘一颗尝尝,美味多汁、有一种奇异的果香,也不知道叫什么名字,一激动,就冲着大伙儿喊起来:“都是、都是,这里都是……”后来渐渐演变,就叫成了今天的名字:嘟柿。

蓝莓,是指进口的或者人工培育的浆果的叫法,而在我国小兴安岭地区,纯正野生的叫做:嘟柿。这种生长于我国大兴安岭以北原始森林之中的蓝莓被称为"嘟柿",生长在东北地区的嘟柿能抵御零下 50 ℃的严寒,根部常年生长在冻土中,其果实营养成分丰富。野生蓝莓营养价值极高,是罕见的珍稀野果。蓝紫色的果实神秘、高贵,果香浓郁。

我把从家乡带回来的蓝莓熬制成蓝莓果酱,用在了蛋糕里,没想到,咬一口下去,蛋糕绵软、还有淡淡的果香,那口感真是不错!

  • 泡打粉1小勺
  • 细砂糖20g

Steps to make 心形蓝莓蛋糕

  • 1.1、准备所需食材:鸡蛋1个、低粉50克、色拉油25克、牛奶30克、细砂糖20克、带果粒的蓝莓果酱50克、泡打粉1小匙
  • 2.鸡蛋打入蛋盆中,倒入细砂糖
  • 3.用手动蛋抽搅拌均匀
  • 4.倒入色拉油
  • 5.再次搅拌均匀
  • 6.放入蓝莓果酱
  • 7.放入牛奶
  • 8.把混合在一起的食材搅拌均匀
  • 9.将低粉和泡打粉混合后,筛入,用刮刀搅打翻拌至均匀
  • 10.把搅拌好的面糊倒入Chefmade学厨心形模具中
  • 11.烤箱预热180度,中层上下火
  • 12.烘烤25分钟
