    • 1.食材:熟羊头 洋葱 干红辣椒 青红辣椒 花椒粒 料酒 胡椒粉 鸡精 酱油
    • 2.把熟羊头洗净切成薄片
    • 3.把洋葱去掉外皮切丝
    • 4.青红辣椒切丝
    • 5.干红辣椒用凉水泡泡
    • 6.锅里油热5成加花椒粒干红辣椒炒出香味
    • 7.加羊头肉料酒翻炒
    • 8.加洋葱丝盐翻炒
    • 9.加青红辣椒丝
    • 10.加酱油鸡精翻炒均匀
    • 11.加胡椒粉炒均匀出锅
