鲜咸啤酒焖酥鱼
从小就喜欢吃鱼,蒸、烧、煮、炸,怎么样吃都不厌。好久没吃草鱼了,正好老公休息,就买了这么大一条鱼,有7、8斤重呢。

   鱼头炖汤,鱼身滑鱼片,其余的全部剁成小块,用盐腌制1小时。


   腌制好的鱼块被我分装成小包装,送入了冰箱冷冻起来,随吃随取···


   煎炸的鱼块不加啤酒来焖,就那么吃也好吃。酥酥的,正宗武汉的糍粑鱼就是这样滴···

  • 蒜瓣4 瓣
  • 食油2 茶匙
  • 蒸鱼酱油1 茶匙
  • 黑胡椒粉1 茶匙
  • 啤酒100 克

Steps to make 鲜咸啤酒焖酥鱼

  • 1.准备好草鱼块、大葱、姜蒜、青红椒、啤酒。草鱼块都是提前用盐腌制好的。
  • 2.姜切片,蒜拍破,大葱切段;青红椒切小块备用。
  • 3.锅中油热,下鱼块煎制。
  • 4.鱼块煎至两面焦黄。
  • 5.鱼块拨一边,将葱姜蒜倒入,煎出香味。
  • 6.烹入适量啤酒。
  • 7.淋入蒸鱼酱油。
  • 8.加入青红椒,炒至断生。
  • 9.收汁;调好味;盛入碗中。
