  • 热水20克
  • 姜粉半小勺
  • 彩色糖珠少许
  • 蛋清10克

Steps to make 迷你圣诞姜饼屋

  • 1.先画好图纸,把姜饼屋各个部件剪开备用。
  • 2.黄油室温软化后加25克糖粉打至发白,分次加蛋液,打匀。
  • 3.红糖加20克热水搅拌至融化,晾凉。倒入黄油中,搅匀。
  • 4.筛入低粉,姜粉。
  • 5.和成面团后用保鲜膜包起来,放入冰箱冷藏松弛1小时。
  • 6.裁一块油纸,把冷藏好的面团擀成0.3厘米厚,放上裁好的图纸,一半做姜饼屋,一半做底座。
  • 7.去掉多余部分后静置20分钟。
  • 8.用叉子扎些小孔,放入烤箱中层,上下火,170度烤15分钟。
  • 9.烤好的面片放凉。
  • 10.7克蛋清加50克糖粉搅拌均匀。
  • 11.用两个杯子支撑着,就可以用蛋白糖霜粘合姜饼屋啦。
  • 12.姜饼屋的主体粘合完毕后等待蛋白糖霜凝固。
  • 13.把姜饼屋主体粘在底座上,粘上栅栏。剩下的蛋白糖霜加3克蛋清打匀后用裱花袋挤在屋顶,让蛋白糖霜自然流下。
  • 14.用筷子尖蘸一点水,粘上彩色糖珠,一粒粒的粘在姜饼屋上点缀。
